Tengpai Doors and Windows, located in Nanhai, Foshan, Guangdong, focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of aluminum alloy doors and windows, high-end furniture, hardware products, and tempered glass. The product line of Tengpai Doors and Windows is very rich, including swing doors, folding doors, sliding doors, hanging doors, casement windows, sliding windows, villa doors and windows, and sunrooms. These products cover almost all types of titanium magnesium silicon aluminum alloy doors and windows, meeting the diverse needs of different consumers.
2. How do you view the rise of China-Chic's new forces? As a Chinese enterprise, how do you view this hot topic?
China-Chic New Power has now become an important symbol of brand upgrading and an expression of cultural self-confidence. The brand should have China-Chic self-confidence, which comes from adhering to and inheriting its own culture and technology. What advantages do you think the company's products have compared to other brands?
Our advantage lies in our commitment to creating a brand of craftsmanship, with the core concept of 'good but not expensive'. To run a successful enterprise, I believe that pragmatism and innovation are crucial. We are engaged in industry, not just simple factories. This means that we need to be down-to-earth and ensure the stable development of our business, while also being brave enough to innovate and constantly launch new products to meet market demand.
Meanwhile, quality is the lifeline of a company. Without good quality, even the largest enterprise cannot establish itself in this fiercely competitive market. The guarantee of quality comes from the cooperation and efforts of multiple parties. Firstly, a high-quality supply chain and raw materials are the cornerstone of product quality. Only by ensuring the stability of the supply chain and the quality of raw materials can we control the quality of our products from the source. Secondly, the impact of production environment on quality cannot be ignored. This includes equipment updates and personnel training. Advanced and intelligent equipment can improve production efficiency and product quality. And personnel management and quality control are key links in quality assurance.
What do you think was the current situation or development trend of the door and window industry last year or this year?
Due to the popularity of the Internet, the price of the entire door and window industry has become more and more transparent, but also has become relatively chaotic. Consumers are easily confused about prices when faced with so much information and choices. Many consumers feel that they have been made a lot of money by the merchant when making a purchase. However, for us, this situation is both a crisis and a business opportunity. The intense price war has narrowed the profit margin of the industry, but the principle of 'you get what you pay for' applies at all times. Good products are definitely not cheap, consumers understand.
What measures will companies take in the face of the opportunities and challenges mentioned earlier?
When facing the current market situation, our brand is well aware that it must adapt flexibly. Firstly, prices are not solely determined by us, but are more influenced by market conditions and consumer demand. Currently, influenced by fluctuations in the real estate industry, the market is showing a certain degree of contraction, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and price competition is particularly prominent. Therefore, our brand will make timely price adjustments based on market conditions to better meet consumer demands and enhance market competitiveness.
However, adjusting prices does not mean sacrificing quality. When pursuing a more affordable price positioning, our brand has always emphasized the concept of "good but not expensive". The term 'not expensive' here refers to the fact that we hope consumers can truly feel our price advantage and the cost-effectiveness of our products compared to other brands in the market.
7. Tengpai Doors and Windows has been developing for more than ten years. What are the innovative initiatives, important achievements, or milestones of Tengpai Doors and Windows?
In 2023, we made a significant investment decision to build a brand new industrial base. At the beginning of 2024, we have successfully relocated to this brand new intelligent manufacturing production base covering an area of 30000 square meters. A comprehensive upgrade has been carried out on the equipment, fully entering the intelligent manufacturing era of Industry 4.0 and achieving efficient assembly line operations. On April 17th to 18th, we will also hold a grand investment promotion event, which is currently being prepared intensively.
When it comes to achievements, after years of experience in the industry, we always regard reputation as our top priority. Over the past decade since our establishment, we have achieved an impressive record of zero complaints. In my opinion, this is more precious than any achievement. I am deeply proud of the quality issue, as it is our core competitiveness in this industry.
8. Please talk about the future development plan of the enterprise?
In terms of the market, our main goal in recent years is to quickly establish more specialty stores. Given the current market environment, we are committed to providing dealers with as much assistance as possible to ensure their survival and profitability. In addition, we also hope to further enhance the brand's visibility and influence among consumers. We hope to promote the concept of "good but not expensive" through our brand, so that consumers can think of our brand first when they have a need.
